There are people all over Africa who have not yet had an adequate presentation of the gospel. We exist to solve that problem by helping people, like you, fulfill the role that God is calling you into as He builds His church around the world.
There are still 867 people groups scattered throughout Africa that are unreached by the gospel. There are 316 million people in Africa without an indigenous church among them. People are living and dying without ever having the opportunity to hear about the love and grace Jesus Christ is offering to them.
Live Dead Africa exists to mobilize, train, and equip teams to live among the unreached people groups in Africa with the goal of helping plant the indigenous church. Our vision is simple: to see disciples made who then, led by the Holy Spirit, plant the church.
Live Dead is not just focused on planting the church in Africa. We are a strategic initiative consisting of teams in different countries around the world, working together to see churches planted among unreached people groups. When you join a Live Dead team, you are not just joining a single group; you are joining a worldwide team that works in strategic partnership to learn, grow, and accomplish the mission God has laid on our hearts, together.

Become a MissionaryAvailable for individuals and groups, these trips focus on intense, hands-on introduction to church planting work among unreached people groups. Participants join a Live Dead team for a week-plus to participate in intercession, training, interaction with unreached peoples, and gospel outreach.
Internships range from one to three months. The goal is to expose interns to missionary life on a Live Dead team, to develop basic skills for cross-cultural ministry, and to provide space for interns to explore a call to longer-term service.
This year is focused on learning culture, language, team life, and growing in your call as you allow Him to crystallize what He is asking of you long term. Giving a year allows you to live among an unreached people group, developing the knowledge and skills necessary to operate in this type of ministry in a long-term calling.
