Road Trip Through Iran – Isfahan

Cruizing along the highway, windows down, music up… August is the perfect month for a road trip!  Alright I admit, we might not be able to physically road trip through Iran, but we can certainly ‘pray through’ Iran.

While our team on the ground dedicates these next 10 days to proclamation, teaching, and intercession, let’s join them in a 10-day prayer road trip through Iran.  #livedeadiran

Prayer for Isfahan

Typical Persian values include poetry, art, picnicking, and family.  These passions certainly apply to the people of Isfahan.  Let’s pray that whole families in Isfahan would come to Christ, and that their picnic outings would be precursors to the eternal banquet of heaven.

Dear Jesus, draw the people of Isfahan to yourself.  Just as the decision of Paul and Silas’s jailor impacted an entire family, we pray that families in Isfahan would accept you as Lord and decide to follow you.  We declare that one day, the people of Isfahan will sit with us at the Father’s table, and we will feast together as one family united in Christ.  In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.
